These drop-in sessions are not a crisis service. If you’re in need of immediate help, contact 999 or use 999 BSL for a British Sign Language interpreter to connect you to emergency services.

By joining these sessions, you agree:

  • To respect everyone in the space and post in the spirit of supporting and information sharing
  • Not to invalidate anyone’s experience, every user is a survivor and their experience is real and valid
  • A moderator has the right to edit or delete any posted message if there’s an identifying detail or content going against the site’s terms and conditions

You only ever need to share what you feel comfortable with, and if you want to learn more about how to keep safe online with this being a public forum, read our guide here.

If you’re looking for more information about what support might be available, check out our signposting and support page.

We want this space to be as accessible as possible so if you need some support to be able to access the sessions, please reach out to survivors-forum@womensaid.org.uk.
