good to hear your experience has had such a posiive effect on you all.

… you say ‘as for the people who break the rules or morals’… and I wanted to check with you whether that was directed at me as my being judgemental of women drinking/smoking, etc. and to be clear no it definitely wasn’t, as i said, it caused me great distress.

There was shouting and violence and severee breaches of the rules in the refuge i was in, and as i said, and the reason I said it was because it caused me great distress and to not feel safe, it was nothing to do with judging them.

I do struggle with mother’s being so off their face they don’t know what they’re doing and they are in charge of children, but I still understand it, but worry for the children and the mother, we all have to get through somehow and self-medication is often the way…
