      Hey all,

Pleased to report despite a couple of moments, I have had a good week this week! When I look back to where I was a little over (detail removed by Moderator) ago I never imagined I’d be feeling as I am now. Lighter. Brain fog nearly gone. Cognitive dissonance fading away. I have been journalling like mad and working hard with my counsellor.

I feel so good, that I decided today would be my New Years Day, considering the Devil ruined mine.

And I have done (detail removed by Moderator) of no contact! I am really pleased with myself!

Never give up hope. Sending my strength to you all x

They are all Devils and the lowest of the low. But we can beat them by moving on and living out best lives.

It’s crazy because I’ve called mine the devil for years and I felt mean for it
