I hope you are feeling better today.
You have come so far, you should be proud of yourself.
Getting out in the fresh air is a great idea.
I don’t think anything works better when I feel down.
I also found running myself a bath in the evening, a nice hot chocolate and nice smelling candle cheers me up.
Staring at the flame really relaxes me.
I’ve only just discovered the candle thing, I’m usually busy running around doing chores and don’t take the time to sit down for a minute.
I’m positive you will find the perfect job you deserve.
If possible, think positive thoughts before your interview, on the way there etc.. I think people sense your mood, I’ve also discovered this recently.
I’ve been quite mopey and my kids were too.
As soon as I perked up and sorted myself out, the change in the kids was amazing.
