      For a little while now whenever I’ve seen my granddad (mums dad, who I don’t really see that often anyway) he has been domestically and also a bit verbally abusive towards me.

      Thanks for posting, if you are needing any support around your granddad’s behaviour you can contact a support worker from Women’s Aid via the live chat (currently running 10am – 12pm Mon – Fri): https://chat.womensaid.org.uk/

      You could also call the National Domestic Violence Helpline on 0808 2000 24 7 if you need to speak to someone over the phone.
