      I don’t watch Corrie nowadays!

My guilty secret is that I love the ‘Doctors’ drama. I watch it on catchup.

There was a really interesting character in it recently, Anthony the power hungry practice manager. It was expertly written and also amazingly played by the actors.

He really showed the typical psychopathic / perpetrator tactics: divide and conquer techniques amongst the staff; gas lighting; calculated planning; victimising and bullying; manipulation; dishonesty; mental abuse; criminal dealings. I thought the subject was dealt with in an amazing way. It certainly educates its viewers about perp behaviours.

There is an amazing storyline this week, which stated last week, and it’s really getting dramatic. Rhiannon, an ex addict who has previously had a baby taken away, is now pregnant, and battling to save her baby from being taken away from her.

Her GP and midwife are fully supportive of her, and battling against the social workers who don’t trust that Rhiannon will look after a baby properly.

She seems very genuine, and she had an apparently supportive partner who to all intents and purposes, seems very nice. He makes her laugh, he seems supportive. But there is something about him that is not quite right, and apparently the story line is going to get complex. It’s normally on every weekday, 1.30pm. I only get to watch it in bed at night!

I have a feeling that these episodes will show him to be a perpetrator, and I advise anyone to watch it on catch up!
