I read the Lundy Bancroft book a while back when I first started questioning things. I have just reread it….wow! I had forgotten how much of it I could relate to!
There was a family argument which turned really nasty ( on his part ) (detail removed by moderator). He expected everyone else to apologise but said he had done nothing wrong! But on rereading the book that makes complete sense and I now understand there is no point whatsoever reasoning with him.
Does anyone know of any similar books please?
      Take care x

I love that book, it was the first big step on my journey to escape. Not a book but have you watched Dr Ramani on YouTube? I’ve found her a good source too.
