Can we ever truly be free?

I feel so bad as it feels like my ex is using my child to get at me and I don’t know what to do. He’s covert that it’s hard to prove and then I question myself as to whether he’s really doing what I think he is. Im trying to get help with the situation but I’m scared as to what he is going to do. Previously he has turned it all back on me & emotionally blackmailed me.

Do you have a third party you can use for all contact and communication? If he sees you hurting he will continue using your child but if he cannot bait you using your child he may well give up.

No third party available. This has been going on for years, I don’t let onto him that he is hurting me. He hates it that I left him & he won’t ever stop.
