  Hi Forum, positive moment was when I left my car at a garage for an mot and I walked to a local public house for a coffee whilst the work was being done. This is the first time I have organised an mot, paid for it, communicated with mechanics without the procedure being organised by my husband. I am proud of myself. I enjoyed the time at the pub. and I felt free. He did not know anything about the venture and he does not need to know either.
