Hi. I’ve just joined. Yesterday I tried to vary (detail removed by Moderator) but didn’t get anywhere. (detail removed by Moderator) The judge stood tall on it. Like me. For my son’s sake. He’s only (detail removed by Moderator).
The advisors said he’s nearly (detail removed by Moderator)! (detail removed by Moderator) It doesn’t make sense. Father doesn’t hat have holidays from work. Then. There is no way he will use holidays like that. He hasn’t chosen the longer holidays for this longer contact act. It will be his girlfriend or parents who will most likely be caring for my son. Not him.
He has never provided care for my son. His parents do it for him. Even when he is there. His mum does the tea. His father plays with my son. His girlfriend does the dinner and puts him to bed. My son told me that he doesn’t have a conventional bed. Nobody has done a welfare check esp not the so called social worker who has took no action from the child in need action plan in (detail removed by Moderator) months. No enquiry to help my son emotionally and no checks at dad’s at all. She lives an (detail removed by Moderator) away. She doesn’t live in our town so is really not able to between (detail removed by Moderator) when she needs to check on dad’s drinking or behaviour towards his parents or girlfriend.
She is supposed to do 3 more sessions/work with my son on his feelings to try and prise some bad info from him about me. To say I’m emotionally abusing him. But has never explained how I am. Or used the term dad did in his court statement. (detail removed by Moderator), which really scares me as I know this has happened to quite a few parents due to them trying to protect their children but the system not understanding the impact of domestic abuse on on children and how fathers sometimes abuse their children to hurt mum -
