This weekend has been the best weekend I’ve had in forever. Doing what I wanted to do, seeing who I wanted to see. Feeling positive about the future. I never thought I’d ever do that again. I thought my life was over, but being free is so sweet a d so worth it. Hang on in there all of you. If I can do this, anyone can x

I’m not saying I don’t still have bad days, but there are more ups than downs.

Glad I reported him. No contact nearly killed me in the beginning, but has been the key to my whole recovery. And I absolutely couldn’t have done it without you guys. So thank you for all your comments. Even the ones I didn’t want to hear at the time!! X
