  And go forwards something always brings me back down. I’m panicking over the house now. Drained sick of e everything life will always be the same for me were born to suffer x

  Try and stay positive I know sometimes it feels like we are drowning in quicksand but if you hold on it has to get better eventually x

  Dear Better Days, the thread called Trauma Bonding contains a link to a website which explains so well the medical reasons trauma bonding happens in abusive relationships. Its all to do the brain and chemicals, it really helped me. XXXX
