I’ve been doing this for some time now and lucky to have nice places to go to.
I was initially told by dr and it does help with anxiety I find. Peace of mind to. Back to normal weight to. Can recommend it.
I’ve gone outside walking and via free YouTube’s on bad weather days. Nice to get outdoors
I am trying self defence classes- actually found some in area at reasonable costs.
There is no need to spend huge amounts of money on gyms etc. I just walked with face paced music.
