I reported my ex to the police for refusing to return the contact book. He said he wants to communicate via email. What’s app and text. I blocked him from all if that because he wouldn’t leave me alone.
Since the police asked him to return the book and not communicate with me any other way. It’s been quiet and I feel so much more relaxed.
Apart from this morning he text me to say (detail removed by moderator). I just replyed thanks.
I haven’t received the contact book back yet but I will just start another and write contact book number 2
