Feeling anxious

I’ve been taking steps to be free of my relationship.

He has been working and staying elsewhere.

He is coming back (detail removed by Moderator).

I feel so anxious about the drama, calamity and gaslighting he’ll bring with him.

Feeling so stressed. Done want to have to deal with him.

I hope you’re ok I know this feeling very well. Trying to get free of my relationship too it’s not easy. Stay strong and reach out if you have to we r all here to listen when you need to talk.
