My suggestion here:

Bechdel

the Bechdel test is a test to see if a film accurately portrays female characters.

To pass it you have to have two named female characters who talk to each other about something othe rthan a man. It basically makes sure that female characters are independently thinking and not dependent on men.

it was developed by Liz Wallace.
