And it continues on.
I’m stressed over continuing financial abuse.
No ability without severe costs of lawyers to get the money I am owed from joint assets and divorce – it’s substantial. Simple tasks scare me that he will “find me” or location.
The negotiation scares me just as much to point I put it aside.
Today and this week it is too stressful and hoping for a reprieve in this never ending cycle.
When will this be done?

I’m sorry to hear how distressing it’s been for you, trying to negotiate the finances with your ex-partner.
If you haven’t done so already, you can contact The Financial Support Line for Victims of Domestic Abuse. It is a service specialising in the financial side of domestic abuse. Anyone who has experienced domestic abuse can call for one-off advice regarding debts, benefits and budgeting from the Financial Support Line, or self-refer for ongoing casework on 0808 196 8845 (Mon-Thurs 9am- 5pm).
Understandably you are emotionally overwhelmed and this has impacted your daily life. You could try calling Supportline who offer confidential emotional support to reach people before they get to “crisis” point. They offer support by telephone, email and post. They work with callers to develop healthy, positive coping strategies, an inner feeling of strength and increased self-esteem to encourage healing, recovery and moving forward with life. They also keep details of counsellors, agencies and support groups throughout the UK. They cover a wide range of issues, including domestic abuse. They can also refer locally. You can contact them on 01708 765200.
You can always check to see if your local domestic abuse service have any support one-on-one or in groups, so you are able to address how you are feeling. They are a free service and can offer both emotional and practical help if needed.

I have seen something similar but needed a lawyer for divorce/ assets. Lawyers I stopped due to costs and zero results.
Basically the only alternative is walking away which is completely unfair split.
