      Hello Lostnalone,

Thank you for sharing this with us, I’m sorry to hear you are feeling low this afternoon.

I hope with time that the good days increase and the bad ones become less and less, although it can be hard to sit with our feelings when it can feel, at times, that things may never improve.

It sounds like you are persevering through it, which can be very tough indeed. Stay strong Lostnalone, things will get better.

      Take care and keep posting,
      Lisa

I’ve been caring for family today, visiting and shopping for relatives. Sometimes it’s nice to have something else to think about, other times it feels like I’m putting others needs before my own to rest or do what practical things I need to do.
Take very good care of yourself, I like to try to do something each day just for me, even a walk around the block noseying at people’s gardens.

Swanlake I’ve been doing good all week trying to keep abit busy. Today was just so low!! I’ve put it down to the weather. I need to put my big girl pants on an brave the elements in future. Swanlake I find myself walking round the block sneakily trying to see what people’s deco is like lol. Dreaming of ideas for when I eventually get my own home.xxxx
