I didn’t get love bombed on Valentine’s Day and I’m very happy about that. Another milestone of No Contact. Yippee for me and for all of you too. Happy No Contact Day !

Ha ha! It’s not over yet! I’ve had contact then sudden silence, obviously wants me to think he’s out somewhere with someone else. Hope so, although I feel sorry for her!

      Best valentine’s day ever!

No grand gestures for the benefit of looking like a prince on social media!

No arguing with myself over what is an appropriate gift for the man that physically, psychology and emotionally abuses daily!

No pretending to feel spoiled and special!

No post relationship begging for forgiveness, no love bombing, no look at me and what I’ve done for my next victim posts on social media, because I’m completely inacessible but more importantly completely disinterested!

Just a bunch of my favourite flowers from my best friend and a small but very tasteful and wholly appropriate gift from an interested party that understands where I am in life and remains respectfully in the friend zone and best of all my lovely daughter happy, smiling and enjoying being with her mum.

Here’s to the other 364 days ladies 💜

      Take good care 😊

Happy Valentine’s day! I’m glad you had a good one! 🙂

I also had a nice Valentine’s day. I was nice to myself! Not having to anxiously wait for him to do something nice for me, then being disappointed when he doesn’t, and then having to pretend that everything is ok.

NOPE! I didn’t do that this time!

I actually bought myself some candy, went for a small walk, and tried out a new hobby! I felt pretty proud of myself. Still feeling slightly liberated by the experience.
