So I’m trapped upstairs while he works. I hear him on calls to work colleagues. He is a manager and I hear how he speaks to them. He is capable of asking things in a nice way.just not to me.

Exactly the same here alittlelost, it’s heartbreaking isn’t it?

Like Jekyll and Hyde when he then comes in the room to talk or, mainly, be silent with me and creates an atmosphere when I ask questions.
