Hello,

I’m a mum of (detail removed by moderator) who was in an abusive relationship with an (detail removed by moderator)… and even that he is gone I am.
It became worse.
He controls me, he does not pay for me or our children (but pays the house and car) and he lives in (detail removed by moderator) with his Next – without any official address…
His solicitor is a nightmare!
My exhusband left us in (detail removed by moderator) and started the divorce early (detail removed by moderator).
He is a liar – and financial criminell.
I have no solicitor and I’m so scared. Don’t know what to do.
He took all the papers with him.
He is the devil in my life and I know that his aim is to destroy me – but WHY!?

I can’t leave the country and am waiting for the next things he started against me.
I guess he contacted the social service – he feels so powerful and strong with all the people around him.

I’m nothing against him and I have nothing to protect my children an myself.

I feel so lost.

What would you do?

Hi Lostsomewhere, I’m sorry to hear that you are going through this. It sounds very frightening and stressful.

You could try Citizens advice to get an initial idea about what you need to do but it does sound like you’ll need to get a solicitor I’m afraid. It’s best to try and find one that specialises in abuse if you can.

Also, try contacting your local DV charity who may be able to offer you some support. If you’re not sure who that is, try calling Women’s Aid who can advise you.
