Hi, I Fled my DV relationship over (detail removed by Moderator) ago, I was in a refuge, i then go rehoused , got a good job and started to rebuild my life in a new city. He has now tracked within a (detail removed by Moderator) of a mile where I live, he used my daughters car an found my location on her sat nav, and has now told my daughters I will pay for leaving him and that he knows roughly where I am. I am so angry I left everything, house, car, job, personal possessions friends and family, even my dog. The thought I have got to run again is literally destroying me. I don’t know what to do??

Ring the police now. Tracking her is illegal and so are threats like this. You can ask for a marker on your home and phone with the police. Remember you’ve come a long way in a year. You’re not the same victim. I chose to stay and build my support in my own home. Only you can decide that next move.

Hi Laughnomore,
I am so sorry you are going through this. As KIP has suggested please do contact the police as soon as you can to report his threats and to request safety measures to be put in place.
If you would like to contact your local group for emotional and practical support you can find details here: https://www.womensaid.org.uk/domestic-abuse-directory/
You may also wish to contact Domestic Violence Assist (a specialist injunctions service) on 0800 195 8699 (24/7) or at: http://www.dvassist.org.uk This is a specialist service for Non-Molestation Orders and legal advice. They provide a free, fast emergency service to survivors of domestic violence. Their service allows anyone to apply for an injunction within 24 hours of first contact (in most circumstances). Please contact them if you have any queries or doubts about whether you can apply for an injunction as they are happy to offer free advice and support where possible.
Keep posting to us to let us know how you are doing.
Best wishes,
Lisa
