Hi all I try to get out but it doesn’t work because I was calling two days my local refuges they said there isn’t enough spaces. They find for me very Very far away which I don’t want to go….
Can any one help me what shall I do ?

I’d take the refuge. It might be far away but it’s temporary until you get back on your feet. There will be support there and it’s safe. It will give you space to breathe and recover x then you can decide where is safe for you x
