There is a helpline number on here where the ladies are trained and are really helpful. I’ve also sent you a private message. Top right of this page should be an alert you’ve received a pm x

      Hi Nottobeknown

      Welcome to the forum.

As KIP said you can contact the National Domestic Violence Helpline on 0808 2000 247 to speak to a specialist female domestic abuse support worker, the helpline is open 24/7, it can be very busy so can sometimes be hard to get through, but you can always leave a voicemail asking for a call back at a safe time and they will return the call then. Alternatively you can contact your local domestic abuse support service who often have local helplines and can provide different types of support, you can search for your local service here.

Its great that you have support around you, but it can be hard when a lot of people don’t fully understand what you are going through.

We are all here on this forum to support you.

      Take care and keep posting

      Lisa
