So another c****y day today which i refuse to rise to as that’s what he wants and his lies will be exposed, so ive got a new mantra:

I lost myself in fear and found myself in freedom.
I will not now misplace myself in anger. It’s just not me.
I will breathe, laugh and love, because that is me.and I’m ok.

I feel better already! What’s your new truth going to be? Come on try it!

      Hiya – I love that 😀

      I read this a lot – it helps …

“I am a woman with thoughts and questions and s**t to say.
I say if I’m beautiful, I say if I’m Strong.
You will not determine my story – I will. “
      Amy Schumer

Not a mantra as such but visualising all the anger, guilt and anxiety literally coming out if me and on to him. Cause that’s where those feelings belong.

I tell myself that we (me and my children) are going to have a fantastic life without him. I am strong. So much stronger than him in every way.
      I love your mantras x
