irritating

I have been annoyed because my ex expects payment as punishment, yet won’t pay for his kids need, while bad mouthing me. I mean, him saying he won’t help shows his behavior but its still irritating.

Whilst it is irritating and unjust that your ex is not pulling his weight with your children, I would keep the focus on you and your family.
If this needs to be sorted legally you will have to go down this route, however again it is all just a way of him thinking he has control. So take back your power my darling and put your energy into you
