I left him over (detail removed by moderator)years ago. He is renting out our old house and has refused to give me any access to the house, will not add me as landlord and is withholding money. Basically, just bullying me. I’m getting it sorted via financial adjustment order. Today I found out he is following me on social media sites under a fake name. Is it too late to get a non molestation order? I want rid of the little ****.

Hi Kitty, sorry I don’t know anything about non molestation orders, you could try putting those words into a topic search on here there is bound to be some discussion on it. That is out of order what he is doing with your house, glad your getting that sorted. How did you find out he was following you under a false name? Can you 100% block him from everywhere?

I would block him on social media if u know what fake name he is going by, log it with the police at least it will be on record , u never know when it will come in useful as eveidence at a later date

I’ve emailed local police. I had him blocked on everything in his name. He is in court at the moment for other offences so authorities know what he is like! I’m furious about this fake profile, looks like he was following me for quite some time too…….. I’ve blocked quite a few profiles on other sites, but he just kept making more. He has also logged into my profiles after I deactivated them (before I changed all my passwords)so it flagged up as being re-activated. Surely there must be laws against these things. He’s nuttier than squirrel poo!
