Hi lovely ladies. I hope your all doing well as you can today.

I just wanted some advice please.

Today I Googled my name ( was just curious) and found a newspaper article about my ex partners court outcome and the trauma he endured me to in detail.  I had no idea this Newspaper ((newspaper name removed by Moderator)) had written this, which was (timeframe removed by Moderator). It was pure accident this morning. I was not contacted or asked about the article nor was I  asked about using photos of myself that I had on a social media platform. Now I feel that people who know me or people who are just curious, will only have to Google my name and it’s there in full view. The first thing . If I was contacted by the Newspaper I may of considered an interview to help survivors of Domestic Abuse, but would of left out my name and photos. This has thrown me. The media have no respect for no one. Any of your thoughts are most welcome.

      Thankyou x

You can remove your name from google search results. it won’t get rid of the original article but it will stop you appearing in searches.

I am not sure if its allowed to post links, but I have copied the guide bellow
Find and remove personal contact info in Google Search results – Google Search Help
