My anxiety

I had to go to an appointment today and after that I took a walk around the area. I came to a street where I have been before with the ex once or twice.
I instantly felt anxious and looked around. I checked all the people to make sure he was not among them.
The probability of him being there right at that time was practically zero. It is an overpopulated area far away from where he lives.
My anxiety became so bad that I had to jump into the next bus and get out of the area and take it from there.
Such is my life now.

Hi Ayanna. I understand the irrationality of it, I have the same thing. I know the chances of him being in a place are tiny but…
Such is your life right now but hopefully in time that anxiety will become less and less xx
