non mol advice needed

      Does anyone know if you can get a non mol or any other kind of protection order for mum at the same time as getting an arrangements order when in family court? I mean could the judge make one if he felt it was needed?

      Hi, I’m not 100% sure about non mol orders but I had an additional address added on my restraining order. Apparently the magistrate/judge can decide depending on the circumstances.
