I don’t use Facebook that much but I did log on today. I saw that he had changed his profile picture to an image of a holiday we had together. And he put a photo of my cat on there too with a heart. He posted lots of photos of various places we had been with Thanks and Love signs. No images of me thankfully. All were posted on (date removed by Moderator).

I felt so excited and joyful and like “Everything will be OK now” Luckily, I didn’t Like anything and I disabled my Facebook account so that I don’t see them.

I’ve calmed down now but it was a near miss.  I’m at a significant No Contact anniversary.

Thus it’s a Positive Moment !
