He is refusing to sell the house. I don’t know what my rights are. He has offered half of equity so he will take on mortgage and keep house. I can’t see how this is fair as have contributed so much to it. I know it his way of making it look like I am the one leaving. I have been asking about selling for last few months.
He has waited until am back at work to let his solicitors inform me this. At the same time he then questioned if I really wanted him to move out! I am really struggling.
