Hi, wondering if there is anyone going through Post Separation Abuse.
I have been Divorced a year now and my ex husband is being very difficult, he is delaying the sale of the house and (detail removed by moderator). Currently applying for legal aid. I’m so stressed over it. He is certainly a ‘Barrackroom Lawyer’ -

Thank you for your post. I’m sorry to hear about your situation. Post separation abuse is exhausting to deal with- he knows how much stress this will be causing you. Its all about power and control for him.
Surviving Economic Abuse has a lot of information on their website around Post-Separation Abuse that you may find helpful.
You can also contact Rights of Women for free legal advice. Their Family law advice line offers advice on DV & abuse, divorce and civil partnership dissolution, relationship breakdown, issues relating to children.
