Recovering from Abuse

Hi there, I’m (detail removed by moderator) and have been away from my abusive partner for (detail removed by moderator) now. In that time I built up my own consultancy and managed the unenviable task of launching my 2 boys into male adulthood with a totally appalling male role model ringing round there heads. None of it was easy, but it wasn’t until I made a major life change (detail removed by moderator) and began to think my past through during COVID lockdown that I realised what a dreadful burden of fear and anxiety and inner bruising I was still carrying with me. I’ve bought the book ‘Recovery Toolkit’ and hope to begin a long overdue journey back to my whole, wonderful self. This site will help 🙂
