I’m day two in a gratitude diary. I’m finding it’s helping to appreciate the little things that make a big difference. I thought about writing a list of things I want to do or I have ever wanted to achieve while I was married or in a relationship. I compromised a lot since I was in my relationship and from today I’m thinking about writing goals somewhat to aim for. A bucket list almost.
Has anyone tried it!
I have a gratitude journal but often forget to write in it, perhaps I will get it out today now that you’ve reminded me! Serenity wrote a thread the other day on here about goal setting, it’s something I’m going to try to do this week. It really helps to feel clear in our goals and have something to aim for 🙂
