  I heard this track on the radio today and thought of all of us who have been helping each other through difficult times. I am now getting to the stage that I can sing ‘I love my life’ and ‘I am free’ and actually mean it (I still get my moments of course!). It is possible for us to love ourselves and our lives after abuse, it takes courage, and I believe we all have that in spades x
