Tired and fed up

This will be my (detail removed by Moderator) month in refuge no luck yet on a permanent settlement yet scared about having nowhere to go and what will happen genuinely worried, shut everything off again I have had two breakdowns in a month. Just don’t feel like I am going anywhere. A mention to the ladies out there struggling. Or thinking of refuge

Hopefully it won’t be much longer before you get a permanent place of your own. I’m so sorry to hear how difficult you are finding this situation because of how you feel I hope its sooner rather than later . Hang on in there . Sending gentle hugs.

Your very very welcome @Door mouse . My heart goes out to you . I wish for better days ahead for you . Some things are not always ideal but when one door closes another one opens . Life always throws curve balls which we can do without and we feel that the bottom of our hearts have dropped out . I’m not the best person to give help to people but I want you to hang on in there . You may not think you are strong but you are stronger than you think . Sharing our struggles is half the battle. If posting here is a way to help you get through then keep posting. None of us here can be there in person with you but a chat here and there from time to time can help us get through as best we can . One thing I ask is for you to be kind to yourself that’s very very important. You deserve to be kind to yourself. I wish nothing but the best for you . Take care of yourself.
