      Hi LotusPriestess,

Welcome to the forum. This sounds like a lot to be dealing with. It can be difficult and scary to let abusers go, it’s definitely something a lot of women struggle with. Reaching out here for support is a good, solid step to take. The Bloom website has courses focused on recovering from trauma, including abusive relationships, that you might find helpful.

      Take care and keep posting,

For me the most helpful thing is acceptance, although it’s hard as hell. Accept what has happened, accept how you feel, accept that you can’t undo things . When those feelings hit me, I accept them and wait them past patiently, meanwhile I also reach out to ppl I trust, or do Sth I love. Take care of yourself and be kind to yourself are the most important, since you’re the most qualified person to care and love yourself. Professional help like therapy helps too, but it takes time to change your mindset and the way you think. Sending you lots of love x
