3 contact days ruined because he’s twisted my health disclosure against me in discussions with the children.
I’m going to ask solicitor how court would view me backing out of mediation or if I carry on with mediation and let him hang himself so to speak.
      Anyone had experience of this?

        Hi SilkyHalide,

I hope you are able to talk to your solicitor or mediator about this to find out if you are able to stop the mediation. I think you are aware that mediation is not generally advised when one person is abusive as they can use it to their advantage; when this happens the mediator ideally should rule that mediation is not appropriate.

You could also contact the Right’s of Women Family Law Advice Line on 020 7251 6577 or have a look at the information about mediation on their website.

        Kind Regards,

        Lisa
