Thanks to the lovely advice from my support worker, my solicitor and friends, ignoring/grey rocking has worked a treat (unfortunately ongoing frequent contact because of kids). Ex is raging at my ‘behaviour’ a.k.a. ignoring him so has now resorted to staring angrily at me whenever i drop kids/pick em up.

Normally i ignore him and dont even look at him but today i looked him in the eyes and he looked furious, and i laughed (internally) because he looked so b****y ridiculous.

The hurt and anger etc is still there but today ive felt a new emotion – apathy towards him, ive truly felt how pathetic he is. Today i go to bed feeling strong and worthy instead of lost, scared and angry.

      Happy wednesday 🙂

It is a real turning point isn’t it!! Well done! You sound as if you are taking back control of your own life, just like I am doing and slowly getting there. Great post, and keep safe x
