      Driving in desperation through a country ravaged by a pandemic to try and get to another country, being grilled by police, planning it like a major operation, and driving for 20 hours with small animals and all the belongings you can squeeze in your car is STILL better than life with an abuser.

      Well done Cecile; it definitely is worth that to get away from being a prisoner of the abuser. Enjoy and relish your freedom that was fought for so hard by you. You overcame all the obstacles. So, so worth it you will find in the coming days and weeks ahead. Onwards and upwards.
