Yes. Dissociation was the only way when there was no help. I haven’t reported officially yet because my memories are fragmented and incomplete I don’t want to sound dumb to police when I only have partial memories revived.

I’m still finding one who’s trained in both complex trauma and complex dissociation DID. It’s now my 10th psychiatrist and 4-5 psychologists. It took so much effort and I’m in desperate need and still searching. I’m in Australia

I’ve been trying to find one but it’s very hard. I kept being out of therapy. 9 months now, due to the complexity of my case. I’m in Australia. As to rape crisis to above comment, which organisation are you referring to?
