Exactly that, it put me off drinking as I’m too scared to let my guard down now, feel like I can’t relax

Its all manipulation isnt it, trying to confuse me so i dont have a reason to leave, I see through it but its still hard. I know it wont last, he will go back to his old ways soon.
Yes he moans he wants to spend time with our son but doesn’t do anything about it, always something else comes up and takee priority, or he will play with him for 10 mins then get bored. So frustrating.

Unfortunately yes, it’s his too. Im currently on an airbed in our (detail removed by Moderator) room on the floor as im stuck in my jointly owned marital home too, can’t force him to leave

Thank you for your reply, i really appreciate it. Its nice to hear from someone who doesnt know us and that I’m not imagining all this. We own the house jointly which means if i left id get no financial help which is one main reason im stuck. Id not get housing either so nowhere to go.
