      I have no support system and I’m unemployed so its very difficult. I’m not sure much can be proven if she’s emotionally abusive.

      I can relate my mother has been threatening to make me homeless constantly this week and almost had me arrested. She constantly belittles me too and is emotionally abusive I hate her!. You did what I hope to one day do cut all contact.

      Manipulation at its finest. Playing with your emotions by love bombing and making false promises so you’re confused when he hurts you by dumping you.Him accusing you of cheating is most definitely a covering up for what he’s doing. My abuser projects his behaviour on to me by calling me “liar” and “sick” when hes been slandering me to other people and I confront him about it. The confusing you is intentional consider yourself lucky he’s left you because it only gets worse never better and often times deadly.

      Thank you for replying that’s exactly it hes tried to have me sectioned twice (detail removed by Moderator) and forced my mum into making me homeless.They use religion to try and control my life what’s worst is my mum’s sisters is aware of his behaviour but is assisting having me kicked out. Its completely toxic he manipulated the receptionist at the station to think I am abusive to me mum. She fell for he’s fake compliments.

      Music helped at the beginning a lot also writing short stories of characters I could relate to. If you can create physical distance inside by blocking doors that helped knowing he could never enter. And 999 on speed dial just in case eased the situation a bit.

      Yes one time but the stalking was from a neighbour following on a motorbike. he had been intimidating me in the past. I do have an abusive brother and I know it had everything that to do with because that neighbour said to his family he was gonna help my brother beat me up. He insults me to his family.
