      Hi Hollapops.

(job detail removed by Moderator), so I just wanted to pass on a little advice from my experiences. I have also been through the process myself so I understand how worried you must be feeling.

If you are experiencing domestic abuse, you can approach any Council where you feel safe to be rehoused and make a homelessness application if you are homeless or at risk of homelessness within 56 days. You do not need to have a local connection to the area in which you choose for the homeless application. In my experience, it is better to make the homeless application sooner rather than later; if you do so before the 56 days, they will register you and then upgrade your priority when the 56 days come into play.

They can also offer information and advice for refuge accommodation. Emergency temporary accommodation via the council can be a furnished temporary council property, a refuge or, in some cases, a hotel or B&B, but it must be suitable for your needs though. You would be classed as a priority due to your OCD and Autism and experiencing domestic abuse, and they would have a legal duty to rehouse you.

I hope this helps a little.
