Hi. It took me many many years to accept that I was being abused by family members and many more years to speak about it and call it abuse. I’m now thinking about c-ptsd – I am struggling to say this out loud but I think I have lots of physical symptoms that would be explained by c-ptsd. How do I know if this is an appropriate diagnosis? Does it matter? I’m feeling very confused about it. Any thoughts?
