I was discarded by a n********t (detail removed by Moderator) weeks ago and he moved on immediately. Is it usual to feel like you have no self worth, self esteem or self confidence. I feel permanently anxious and empty.

You describe it perfectly. Healing from Hidden Abuse by Shannon Thomas is a good book. Just know that you can rebuild all that but he will always be a nasty little insecure pathetic excuse of a man x

      Hi beautiful Angel,
Please know that nothing that is meant for you will pass you by so hold onto this hope
Your journey is just beginning and that’s the exciting bit
All that love you were pouring into him start to pour it into yourself now
Its a process and it does take time & its early days for you, so dont be to hard on yourself
Try and do at least one lovely self care thing for yourself each day
It always has to start with self
Stay connected to the forum, these wonderful ladies have loads of great advice
      You are not alone
Sending you continued love and support
      Darcy xx

Yes, i was discarded a few times. Although I couldn’t really see what was happening at the time. It was awful. So painful. Beyond!! I still am in pain over it. Although this time it is me who ia doing no contact after I found out what he had been doing and lying to me.

I feel you, and your pain. You’ve got this. Now you know he is a n******** there’s no going bck. He will try to get you back. Please be aware of that. X
