  does anyone know if you can request a face to face with a female doctor? Our doctors currently do phone appointments but I won’t be able to explain why I need to increase my anti depressant medication with him about and they phone anytime (detail removed by moderator). I want to be honest with the doctor and tell them exactly why I need them.

    Thank you I have been so worried about it but that’s the only way that I can get to increase my meds to deal with this. I can’t do it over the phone in case he is here! Why does every single thing need planning and questioning just to have the strength to get through it’s awful!

  I think some Drs surgeries have a codeword you can use so they know to tread carefully because it’s linked to DA. I’ll see if I can find the info again that I read.
