I am often told I am an unfit mother and our oldest doesn’t want to live with me, shes a very much of a daddys girls and she cant do no wrong in his eyes.
Looking like I will be moving out soon, but I keep thinking about his words and if I really will cope on my own, with the 3 children.
I suffer with bad migraines and some days am glad to see him walk through the door after work, if only it is so I can go lay down. something I know cant happen when I leave.

It can happen. You are only human and your children must understand that you need rest every now and then. There is nothing wrong with it. Are you in any treatment regime for the migraine? It is a horrible pain and totally debilitating.
Many single mothers have health conditions and are still good mothers.
Do not let statements from an abusive man diminish your self confidence.

If your partner is anything like my ex, he will have denied your right to rest and criticised you for needing it.

You are entitled to rest, if that is what you need. Abusers make us think we need to be hamsters on the wheel, going all the time. Resting doesn’t make you an unfit mother.

You may find the separation means your migraines improve- who knows- but in any case, it’s important that children learn empathy and give allowances to parents, especially those with health problems.

You will be able to set up your own routine where everyone is taken care of, with the bully out of the way!
