      I spend everyday racked with anxiety. So I’m starting with the small stuff and recognising its ok that:
      – Today I’ve brushed my teeth and washed my face
      – I got dressed
      – I had a smoothie and some vitamins
      – I did a 10 minute guided meditation
      – I sat in the garden and watched the world go by over a coffee and cuddling my dogs
      – I’m attempting to work in small 15 minute chunks

      These are pretty basic stuff right? But right now each of these is a small win. However you might be feeling, take a moment to recognise the small stuff and give yourself a massive pat on the back for keeping putting one foot in front of the other, an hour by hour, a day by day. We got this 🙂

      I can relate to this, I’m taking hour by hour, day by day. I’m so on edge and exhausted.
      But trying to find the good and happy in all things

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I love smoothies and vitamins. I have arthritis and every time I place one foot forward and make it to work; I feel I win against my abusers.
